Erdődy Palace

This Baroque style palace was build in the middle of the 18th century.

The most famous inhabitant of the palace was Beethoven, who lodged here during his concert tour in 1800. Currently it is used by the Music Institute of the Hungarian Academy, which has on exhibition some of the oldest Hungarian musical instruments. The Béla Bartók archives are also located here.
